The UPS Global Pickup & Delivery (GPD) application presents a streamlined mobile interface, featuring intuitive navigation flows and clearly recognizable icons for various stop types and package categories, including Cash on Delivery (COD).

Delivery

The system automatically generates an optimized itinerary by grouping packages based on consignee and delivery address, which is constructed as the driver scans incoming packages for the day's route. During transit, drivers are provided with multiple delivery options, such as driver release, handling of delivery exceptions, signature confirmation, and My Choice preferences. Visual indicators for accessory services, such as COD and Signature Required, are displayed via icons, offering drivers quick insights into package requirements at each stop.

Pickups

Scheduled pickups are shown within the itinerary in chronological order, with alerts notifying drivers as pickup times approach. On-demand (same-day) pickups are dynamically added at the top of the itinerary upon receipt, allowing drivers to efficiently reposition these pickups within their route schedule.

• Android OS version 8 or higher
• Internal storage ranging from 170MB to 500MB, depending on site size
• Data usage potentially up to 77MB per day, contingent on route complexity and volume
